Job description for Human Resources at Kezia Karin
- Responsible for conducting and improving human resources. This includes planning, executing, observing, and improving the quality of human resources.
- Create an effective and efficient HR system. For example: create SOP, job descriptions, and many more.
- Fully responsible for employee recruitment process.
- Manage human resources operations from selecting, promoting, transferring, and demoting employee if necessary.
- Responsible for employee affairs related to attendance, payrolls, rewards, and allowances.
- Create contracts for employee and renew the validity period.
- Authorize the disciplinary procedures to employees who disobey the rules.
- Additional points if capable of conducting employees’ development, training and activities related to ability, potential, mental, skills, and knowledge improvement according to company’s standard.
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law/Any field.
- Willing to follow the recruitment process (and placed) in Surabaya
- Passionate in understanding and managing people.
- Firm and possess a good leadership skill.
- Capable of interpreting company’s strategy in form of good and accurate HR policy.
- Be able to manage changes in the company effectively.
- Be able to understand employment regulations, salary system, and many more.
