Job description for Human Resources at Adsventure
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR & GA Staff who is passionate about people management and creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to manage HR operations while supporting the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee administration in accordance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance records, leave administration, and employee documentation
- Handle payroll administration, compensation and benefits, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and PPh 21 administration.
- Support employee performance management, including performance reviews, KPI monitoring, and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
- Maintain employee relations, address workplace concerns, and provide HR support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist in general affairs (GA) activities, including office facilities, inventory, and other operational needs.
- Monitor updates to employment regulations and ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, procedures, and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR
- Experience in an advertising agency, creative industry, or startup environment is a plus.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee administration, payroll, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Familiarity with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, PPh 21, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across team
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential employee information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
