Job description for Human Resources Supervisor at PT MSMO INDONESIA GRUP
Placement: On-site Jakarta Barat
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End People Operations: Lead recruitment, training, and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
2. Strategic HR: Act as a consultant to department heads and BOD regarding organization design, performance management, and employee issues.
3. Performance Excellence: Design, monitor, and evaluate SOPs and KPIs to ensure departmental goals are met.
4. Problem Solving & Mediation: Proactively identify workplace issues and provide effective solutions to maintain a healthy work environment.
5. Compliance & Payroll: Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll, BPJS, Late rate, absenteeism, and compliance with the latest Indonesia Labor Law.
6. Serve HR strategical ideas and monthly report.
Qualifications:
1. Min. 2-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator/Generalist/HRBP (Fashion or Retail industry is a plus).
2. Strong understanding of industrial relations.
3. Proven experience in handling organizational changes and solving complex employee issues.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with BOD and all employee levels.
5. Tech-savvy with excellent HRIS and data analysis skills.
