HR Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Strong understanding in recruitment, employee administration, payroll, and BPJS process.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law and industrial relations practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage HR documentation and reporting.
- Able to coordinate training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement activities.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently while collaborating with all departments.
- Willing to handle general HR operational tasks and support overall staff facilities.
