WE ARE HIRING — HR STAFF (2 POSITIONS)
PT. Natura Pesona Mandiri (Secret Garden Group) is looking for 2 dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our HR team.
📍 Placement: Bali
- HR Staff – On-Site Position at Secret Garden Village, Baturiti, Tabanan
- HR Staff – Mobile Position with mobility to support HR activities across our operational locations
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Support attendance tracking and HR reporting
- Ensure proper filing and organization of HR documents
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Support payroll through attendance recapitulation
- Manage and monitor employee leave records
- Support HR activities and operational needs as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Staff or in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- For the Mobile Position: Willing and able to move between operational locations as required
- Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Candidates domiciled in Bali are preferred
