Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our client, Kandang Juragan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee contracts and SOPs across the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Monitor KPI implementation and cadence of accountability.
- Lead cultural programs to foster organizational values and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain company regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, or Talent Acquisition roles.
- Skilled in conducting Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and approachable attitude.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
