Job description for Human Resources Officer at PT VIBE AND FINE RESTAURANT AND BAR
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR Management, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Preference given to candidates with at least 1-2 year of experience in HR or office administration.
- Understanding of labor regulations and industrial relations fundamentals.
- Experience handling employee compensation and a solid understanding of payroll processes.
- Ability to handle employee conflicts and issues judiciously while maintaining professionalism.
- Have pre opening experience (preference)
- have experience to manage EDABU, SIPP, etc
- Strong communication, coordination, administrative, and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and capable of maintaining company data confidentiality.
- Meticulous, agile, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
