Job description for Human Resources Manager at PT Qwords Company International
- Responsible to develop programs to build human capital and a strong development culture to align with business goals
- Lead and manage the human resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, training, performance management, and daily activities in the HR team
- Identify needs in training, recruitment, talent development, and other HR functions as necessary
- Create communication of business performance, company policy, and HR issues to employees
- Planning and implementing annual salary, bonus, and welfare payments.
- Liaise with line managers to ensure performance appraisal is fully collected by the required timeline.
- Develop and implement Talent Management, such as people review, talent mapping, Individual Development Plan (IDP), etc
- Develop and implementation of Performance Management, such as developing expectations and goals, people productivity, appraisal, coaching and counseling (C&C), etc
- Minimal bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology / Management SDM
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related position
- Preferred candidates have experience working in a tech company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (such us UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and UU Cipta Kerja 2021), BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan), and Indonesian Tax System.
- Strong knowledge of HR function & labor law (recruitment, training, PA, compensation & benefit, and MPP)
- Computer literacy & knowledge of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Drive.
- Experienced with productivity hack and people analytic
- Well-organized
- Good time management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, loyal, proactive
- Willing to work on-site
