What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Partner with management to develop HR strategies and drive organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Handle expatriate related matters such as work permits and visas.
- Act as a translator/interpreter between English, Japanese, and Indonesian when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience..
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency or at least JLPT N2 is required.
- Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
