About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Junior Manager to join our team. This role focuses on both administrative HR tasks and people development, making it perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting employees while ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
As the HR Junior Manager, you will play a key role in managing essential HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate on employee development programs aimed at building the skills and careers of our staff, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Indonesian football.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative HR Functions:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, payroll processing, attendance, and benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reporting, and analysis.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the company.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide HR services, responding to inquiries and supporting employee needs.
People Development:
- Design and implement people development programs, including employee training, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
- Assist in performance evaluations, career development planning, and succession planning to support employee growth.
- Work closely with managers to identify talent gaps and propose development solutions.
- Organize employee engagement activities to enhance company culture, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs, making improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on both administrative functions and people development.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
