Job Description

- Mendukung proses rekrutmen end-to-end: talent sourcing, screening CV, dan penjadwalan interview

- Melakukan riset dan analisis data terkait pengembangan SDM

- Mengelola database kandidat dan menyusun dokumentasi HR

- Membantu pembuatan job description, laporan, dan administrasi lainnya

- Terlibat dalam pengembangan strategi employer branding & people development

Kualifikasi

- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari Psikologi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait

- Minat di bidang HR, rekrutmen, dan pengembangan SDM

- Teliti, komunikatif, dan inisiatif tinggi

- Terbiasa menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets

- Familiar dengan platform rekrutmen (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, dsb) menjadi nilai tambah
