Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Human Resources Intern for our client, Beunta Studio.
About Beunta Studio:
Beunta Studio is a self-photography studio in Bogor, offering space for up to 25 people and a variety of background options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in organizing employee engagement, culture-building, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to implementing and monitoring performance management processes for interns.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Help maintain HR records and documentation, including attendance, employment agreements, and work certificates.
- Assist with employee relations activities to foster a harmonious work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, eager to learn and confident in sharing ideas.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across units and levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva.
