Job description for Human Resources Intern at Pt. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to support our HR department with daily administrative operations and initial recruitment processes.

Responsibilities :

  1. Support HR Recruitment Processes (including screening and sorting CVs).
  2. Maintain, update, and organize HR databases and candidate documentation.
  3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

  • Active university student (minimum 7th/8th semester) or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail with good administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Available for a full-time internship
