Human Resources (HR)
You’ll be responsible for supporting both recruitment and internal team development at Frazier Agency.
From sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding, you’ll help us find the right people as the company grows.
Beyond hiring, you’ll also help create a better internal team experience through team bonding, employee engagement, internal activities, and initiatives that strengthen company culture.

We’re looking for someone who can help us find the right people and build a stronger team.
At Frazier Agency, you’ll manage recruitment processes while also helping us create a healthy and connected working environment internally.
Your role will include sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, communicating with applicants, supporting onboarding, and maintaining recruitment records.
But HR here isn’t only about hiring.
You’ll also help plan internal activities, team bonding, and employee engagement initiatives, while finding simple ways to improve how the team connects and works together.
If you’re organized, a good communicator, comfortable talking to people, and genuinely enjoy building relationships, we’d love to meet you.
Who We’re Looking For
Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal teams.
• Enjoy working with people and building team engagement.
• High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Willing to work full-time from our office in PIK, North Jakarta.
Bonus Points
• Experience in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments.
• Experience with recruitment platforms or applicant tracking systems.
• Experience creating recruitment trackers, SOPs, or improving HR workflows.
• Experience organizing team bonding, internal events, or employee engagement activities.
• Strong interest in people development and company culture.
