- Pria/Wanita

- Usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Psikologi

- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar di bidang Psikologi

- Mampu memberikan pelatihan Personal Building dan Team Building kepada karyawan

- Mampu menggunakan alat tes psikologi

- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisis Hasil Assesment Psikotest

- Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif
