Qualifications – Human Resource Admin (Recruitment Assessment Officer)
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Administration and Recruitment.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, assessment process, and onboarding preparation.
- Experienced in managing BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration (registration, updates, claims, and reporting).
- Familiar with HRIS, especially Talenta (attendance, employee data management, leave, and reporting).
- Strong knowledge of HR administration processes such as employee documentation, contract administration, HR filing, and reporting.
- Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with internal departments and external parties (BPJS, vendors, candidates).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); able to prepare HR reports and recruitment tracking.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), able to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professional attitude.
