About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee administration, and HR processes in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process (posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support employee administration and HR documentation
- Help maintain employee database and records
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support attendance tracking and HR reports
- Assist in coordinating internal HR activities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
- Able to work from office (WFO) in Malang
- Able to commit for minimum 3 months
