Deskripsi :

Mengelola proses rekrutmen karyawan secara end-to-end
Mengelola administrasi karyawan
Mengelola dan mendukung program training serta pengembangan karyawan, termasuk onboarding, pelatihan SOP, dan evaluasi kinerja secara berkala
Mendukung proses payroll
Melakukan monitoring ke outlet untuk memastikan operasional berjalan dengan baik

Kualifikasi :

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang proses rekrutmen
Memiliki pengalaman dalam kepemimpinan dan berbicara di depan umum
Memahami administrasi tunjangan karyawan
Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan organisasi yang sangat baik
Berpengalaman sebagai Human Resources (HR) di perusahaan Food & Beverage (FnB) lebih diutamakan
