Suarga Padang Padang is looking for an experienced and qualified HR Legal Manager to join our team.

Suarga Padang Padang – Bali
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee HR operations and ensure legal compliance within the company
• Handle employment agreements, company regulations, and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law, company policies, and hospitality regulations
• Manage OSS, licensing, and corporate legal administration
• Handle and monitor company legal permits, KPMA/PT PMA related matters, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with government institutions, notaries, legal consultants, and external authorities
• Support expatriate-related administration and legal documentation
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and HR legal matters
• Support recruitment, performance management, and HR administration processes
📌 Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR Legal, preferably in hospitality or resort industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and corporate legal compliance
• Experienced in handling OSS, licensing, permits, and KPMA/PT PMA administration
• Familiar with expatriate documentation and legal processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field
• Good command of English is preferred
