Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, fun, and collaborative workplace culture
- Manage employee administration and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Partner with management on workforce planning and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
