Kualifikasi:

Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, atau bidang terkait
Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang HR, lebih disukai di industri properti atau sales
Memahami proses rekrutmen, training & development
Mampu membangun hubungan baik dengan tim dan agen properti
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, tegas, serta mampu menangani konflik dengan bijak
Proaktif, solutif, dan memiliki kepedulian tinggi terhadap pengembangan tim

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Melakukan rekrutmen dan onboarding agen serta tim internal
Menyusun program training & development untuk meningkatkan kinerja
Mengelola administrasi HR, termasuk kontrak kerja, payroll, dan evaluasi kinerja
Membangun budaya kerja yang positif dan meningkatkan employee engagement
Menjadi penghubung antara manajemen dan tim untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif
