Job description for Human Resources (HR) Coordinator at PT Harmoni Mandiri Sentosa
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding process for new employees (contracts, orientation, documentation).
- Maintain and update employee records
- Monitor attendance, leave requests, and overtime records.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration (fresh graduates are welcome).
- FEMALE, 21-28yo
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluent speak English and can understand chinese language
