  • Ini adalah posisi penuh waktu dan kerja di lokasi untuk peran Human Resources Generalist yang berlokasi di Jakarta, Indonesia.
  1. Tanggung jawab:
  • Menangani BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan secara menyeluruh (dari A sampai Z).
  • Menyiapkan tugas-tugas administratif (dokumen karyawan).
  • Mengontrol tugas administratif: PKWT, PKWTT, data karyawan terbaru, absensi, cuti, izin, lembur, surat peringatan, pemutusan hubungan kerja, penghargaan, promosi, mutasi, dan demosi.
  • Meninjau laporan kehadiran, data tenaga kerja terkini, dan rekapitulasi penggantian biaya pengobatan.
  • Mengelola operasional sumber daya manusia.
  • Tugas utama meliputi rekrutmen, orientasi karyawan baru, pemeliharaan data karyawan, memastikan kepatuhan hukum, serta mengembangkan program dan inisiatif terkait SDM.
  • Mengontrol masa berakhirnya kontrak atau masa percobaan (mengirim pengingat kepada pihak terkait).
  1. Kualifikasi
  • Lulusan S1 dari jurusan apa pun dipersilakan melamar (diutamakan lulusan Psikologi/Hukum).
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Human Resource Generalist.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis dan lisan yang baik.
  • Mampu menjalankan tugas administratif dengan baik.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan tentang tunjangan karyawan.
  • Memiliki keterampilan organisasi dan komunikasi yang sangat baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Pengalaman di industri MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition) menjadi nilai tambah.
