Overview: PT Indonesia Pacific Technology Development is looking for a professional, bilingual HR Specialist to join our team in Cikupa, Tangerang. This role focuses on managing day-to-day HR operations and aligning communication between local operations and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strict requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities: Bilingual Liaison: Facilitate communication, translate HR documents, and bridge conversations between Indonesian staff and Chinese expatriates or management.HR Operations: Oversee local employee relations, personnel data, and day-to-day administrative tasks.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for our property management and development projects.Compliance Management: Ensure company policies align smoothly with Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).

Key Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Specialist, Generalist, or Recruiter (experience in property/real estate is a plus).

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field.

Work Setup: Must be willing to work fully on-site in Cikupa, Tangerang.

Skills: Strong knowledge of local labor regulations, excellent cross-cultural communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Salary & Benefits

Take-Home Pay (THP): IDR 10,000,000 – IDR 15,000,000 per month (based on experience).

Government Benefits: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (BPJS TK) and BPJS Kesehatan coverage. Important Note: Meals and accommodation are not provided by the company.
