• Proven experience (1 year or above) as a HR or similar role (preferred having background from Retail Industry)
• Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Administration
• Well Organized, Accurate, and able to work with deadlines
• Familiar with Ms. Office and HR Tools
• Proven knowledge of HR Management, work culture of Retail industry, and Labor Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
