Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, salary and allowance administration, deductions, PPh 21, and BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRIS data.
- Support employee relations and ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or a similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
- Good understanding of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to work with HR data.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
