We are looking for an HR Generalist who will play a key role in recruitment, employee management, and maintaining team stability within a dynamic clinic & wellness environment.
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Monitor probation and employee evaluations
- Handle HR administration and employee database
- Process payroll and employee attendance recap
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration
- Assist in employee relations and internal issue handling
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Generalist or in HR-related roles (internship experience is welcomed)
- Understand recruitment and HR administration processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Firm, observative, and able to handle different employee characteristics
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Full WFO
