Job description for Human Resources Generalist at PT Golden Nusajaya
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Maintain employee records (both digital and physical) and manage HR databases.
3. Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations.
5. Support performance management and employee development processes.
6. Coordinate and support training and development initiatives.
7. Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints or other concerns.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills:
1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
