What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support talent attraction efforts through LinkedIn, recruitment campaigns, and internal engagement activities
- Maintain employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, probation review, contract/SPK management, confirmation, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development initiatives with department leaders
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, organizational trackers, and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, employment agreements, and HR-related documentation requirements
- Draft, review, and manage HR documents including employment contracts, SPK, warning letters, policies, SOPs, and supporting legal documentation
- Monitor contract validity, employee status changes, renewal timelines, and approval workflows
- Support organizational development initiatives including training programs, team engagement activities, and company culture initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative processes with Finance, Operations, Legal, and Management teams
- Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, recruitment reports, and people-related analytics for management review
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support the development of scalable HR systems and workflows
- Ensure HR operations are executed with consistency, structure, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related functions
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and employment documentation
- Experience handling employment contracts, SPK, onboarding, probation processes, and employee records management
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documentation, trackers, policies, SOPs, and administrative processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and management levels
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with strong ownership and follow-through
- Experience in startup, agency, creator economy, media, or fast-paced environments is preferred
- Comfortable supporting both strategic HR initiatives and hands-on operational execution
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, documentation management, and reporting tools
- Exposure to HR compliance, process improvement, governance, or policy development is a plus
- Available to work in a hybrid setup based in West Jakarta
- Able to join immediately is a plus
