Job description for Human Resources Generalist (Mid-senior role) at Surplus Indonesia

- Bachelor's degree from all majors (preferably from Psychology)
- Experience from start-up/ tech company/ consultant is preferred
- Have strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills
- Excellent in excel (if, vlookup, pivot)
- Excellent communication in English
- Conduct the whole selection & new joiner’s on-boarding process (sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offerings, contract, on-board, etc) with various hiring initiatives using several psychological test tools
- Bridge management & employees’ needs through internal activities initiations
- Collaborate with Finance to coordinate & maintain compensation & benefits for the team
- Coordinate with social media team in maintaining online employer branding initiatives
- Carry out an inventory of company assets & maintaining and update the company’s legal documents
- Managing HR administratives, such as documentations, attendance, leave permission, policy compliance, etc.
- As the backup for other Management & Administration functions/roles when needed
- Partial remote (3X WFH in a week)
