Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or up to 2 years of experience in Human Resources (is preferred).
- Experience in an IT company, software house, startup, or technology industry is (highly preferred).
- Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Basic knowledge of Talent Management, such as employee engagement, training, or performance management, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High learning agility, proactive mindset, and eagerness to explore and grow.
- Willing to work on-site in Semarang.
