Job Descriptions:
People Management & Employee Relations
- Act as the main contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
- Handle employee relations cases (conflicts, warnings, disciplinary actions)
- Conduct regular 1-on-1 check-ins to monitor well-being and performance
- Support leaders in managing team dynamics and leadership effectiveness
- Ensure employee behavior aligns with company rules and regulations
- HR Strategy Execution
Translate business needs into HR plans (manpower, structure, allocation)
- Support key HR initiatives (performance, retention, development)
- Provide insights and recommendations on people-related matters
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, performance, hiring)
- Recruitment & Hiring Strategy
Monitor recruitment performance and improve hiring effectiveness
- Develop and implement hiring strategies
- Review and approve offers, including compensation and contracts
- HR Operations & Administration
Ensure accuracy of HR documents and employee data
- Manage HRIS and payroll data (attendance, leave, etc.)
- Maintain HR administration (BPJS, employee records)
- Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead and supervise the HR team (recruitment & operation)
- Supervise HR team (recruitment & operations)
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely execution
- Provide guidance and development support
- Ensure strong coordination across departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor regulations, and employee relations handling
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising or coordinating a small team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Will be placed in Surabaya.
