Job description for Human Resources Business Partner at PT Mizan Publika
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CEOs and leaders to identify talent and capability gaps and translate them into development priorities and action plans.
- Manage the performance management cycle, including OKR setting, performance assessment, calibration, and follow-up development actions.
- Drive culture internalization across all levels and monitor behavioral adoption through Mizan Character Score (MCS), engagement data, and other relevant indicators.
- Lead employee development and onboarding initiatives to strengthen capability, role clarity, and time-to-productivity.
- Execute recruitment and employer branding initiatives to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead cross-functional Talent Management projects, track implementation, and evaluate their people and business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Management, People Development, and/or Organizational Development.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end employee development processes.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional Human Capital projects and collaborating with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
