Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, especially in an HRBP or strategic HR role
- Proven track record in handling challenging or underperforming teams
- Assertive, proactive, and quick to respond when dealing with HR issues
- Able to read team dynamics and balance a human-centered approach with business needs
- Familiar with core HR tools and processes: recruitment, digital attendance systems, SOPs, basic coaching, and well-versed in Indonesian labor law and HR administration
- Preferably experienced in managing teams within fast-paced, target-oriented B2B industries (e.g., sales, call center, operations)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to management by ensuring all HR activities align with business objectives
- Enforce company discipline and SOPs
- Monitor employee performance and behavior using objective, data-driven evaluation systems
- Take the initiative in solving HR-related issues:
- Take proactive steps without waiting for upper management directives
- Identify potential conflicts, declining motivation, or inefficiencies, and design solutions accordingly
- Simplify approval processes, accelerate performance reviews, and improve workflow efficiency
