We're Hiring: HR Business Partner

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Partner with Area Managers and Store Managers to support day-to-day people and business operations
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor HR implementation and address employee-related issues
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and grievance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for retail stores
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and engagement across assigned stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and employment regulations
- Provide HR guidance and recommendations to operational stakeholders
- Prepare HR reports and identify improvement opportunities to support business performance
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Based in Bandung or willing to work on-site in Bandung
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Supervisor
- Experience supporting retail, FMCG, or multi-site operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
- Comfortable conducting regular visits to stores and handling operational HR issues
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for regular store visits within the assigned area
