Job description for Human Resources & General Affairs at PT. IBJS

HR & GA (Human Resources & General Affairs)

1. Recruitment & Selection

* Membuka dan mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

* Melakukan screening CV dan seleksi awal kandidat.

* Menjadwalkan serta mengkoordinasikan proses interview.

* Berkoordinasi dengan setiap departemen terkait kebutuhan tenaga kerja.

* Menyiapkan offering letter, kontrak kerja, dan administrasi onboarding karyawan baru.

2. Employee Administration

* Mengelola administrasi karyawan (kontrak kerja, absensi, cuti, lembur, mutasi, dan resign).

* Membuat, memperbarui, dan memelihara database karyawan.

* Menyimpan dan mengarsipkan dokumen personalia secara rapi dan aman.

* Memastikan seluruh dokumen karyawan lengkap dan selalu diperbarui.

3. Payroll & Compensation Benefit

* Menghitung data absensi, keterlambatan, lembur, tunjangan, dan potongan karyawan.

* Berkoordinasi dengan Finance terkait proses penggajian.

* Mengelola kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

* Mengelola fasilitas dan benefit yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan.

4. Employee Performance & Discipline

* Mendukung proses penyusunan dan evaluasi KPI karyawan.

* Menyiapkan Surat Peringatan (SP), berita acara, dan dokumen evaluasi karyawan.

* Menangani hubungan industrial dan permasalahan karyawan.

* Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perusahaan.

5. Training & Development

* Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan karyawan.

* Mengorganisir pelatihan internal maupun eksternal.

* Mendukung program orientasi dan onboarding karyawan baru.

* Memantau perkembangan kompetensi dan kemampuan karyawan.

6. Office & Facility Management

* Memastikan kebersihan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan area kantor maupun gudang.

* Mengelola pemeliharaan fasilitas kantor dan aset perusahaan.

* Melakukan kontrol penggunaan aset perusahaan.

* Mengatur kebutuhan operasional kantor sehari-hari.

7. Vehicle & Operational Management

* Menjadwalkan servis dan perawatan kendaraan operasional.

* Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen kendaraan (STNK, KIR, asuransi, dll.).

* Mengontrol penggunaan kendaraan operasional perusahaan.

* Melakukan monitoring biaya operasional kendaraan.

8. Licensing & General Administration

* Mengurus perizinan perusahaan dan dokumen legalitas.

* Mengelola surat masuk dan surat keluar perusahaan.

* Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, instansi pemerintah, dan pihak eksternal lainnya.

* Mendukung kebutuhan administrasi operasional perusahaan.

9. Health, Safety & Compliance

* Memastikan implementasi SOP, peraturan perusahaan, dan standar keselamatan kerja.

* Mendukung program K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).

* Mengkoordinasikan penanganan keadaan darurat dan tindakan preventif.

* Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.

10. Regulatory & Labor Law Compliance

* Memahami dan menerapkan perhitungan BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

* Menguasai perhitungan PPh 21 karyawan.

* Memahami dan menerapkan peraturan sesuai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.

* Memberikan arahan terkait kepatuhan ketenagakerjaan kepada manajemen dan karyawan.


Qualifications

* Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field.

* Understanding of HR & GA administration processes.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to multitask.

* Knowledge of labor law is an advantage.
