HR & General Affairs (HRGA)
Position Summary
The HR & General Affairs Officer is responsible for managing employee administration, recruitment, company policies, office operations, and ensuring a productive and well-organized working environment. This role supports both the company's people and daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, overtime, and punctuality.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in performance evaluation and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters.
General Affairs
- Manage office facilities and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when needed.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, internet, utilities, and company assets.
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
- Ensure company licenses, permits, and administrative documents are properly maintained.
- Organize meeting rooms, company events, and internal logistics.
- Monitor company asset inventory and asset assignments.
- Assist management with administrative and operational support.
Administration
- Prepare monthly HR and GA reports.
- Maintain proper filing of company documents.
- Support management with various administrative projects.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR, Administration, or General Affairs experience (Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply).
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
