Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HRGA field
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Familiar with managing General Affairs responsibilities
- Skilled in creating and implementing company SOPs
- Experienced in setting up and managing employee KPIs
- Previous experience as an HRGA professional managing 40–50 employees
- Mandarin language proficiency is a plus
