Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law / HR Management
- Min. 2 years as HR Generalist in the same role
- Have knowledge in Labor Law, company licensing process, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan
- Familiar with attendance, overtime & payroll reports
- Able to handle Industrial Relations issues in the company
- Fluent in English
- Have experience in handling external audits
- Able to build and run HR Management System properly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR teams regarding to recruitment, onboarding, employment contract administration, payroll, and industrial relations.
- Oversee daily office and factory administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with applicable Indonesian labor regulations.
- Develop, improve, and implement HR policies and company SOPs.
- Manage employee administration and support internal operational needs.
- Coordinate with management on various companies activities and support business activities when required.
- Coordinate with CSR in preparing external audits.
