Job description for Human Resource at PT Newton Education Center
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of recruitment, strengthen HR compliance, and build practical HR systems from the ground up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in Chinese PMA or Recruitment Agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in sourcing Mandarin-speaking talent.
- Proven experience developing, drafting, or implementing HR SOPs, policies, or standardized work processes.
- Good understanding of Indonesian manpower regulations and HR compliance practices.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and take ownership of HR responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage hiring process based on user requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Mandarin talent, niche positions, and other specialized roles.
- Support HR compliance, documentation, SOP implementation, and other HR administrative tasks as required.
- Prepare recruitment reports, HR documentation, and other operational reports as required.
- Handle ad hoc HR tasks based on business needs.
