Qualifications – HR Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources at Supervisor/SPV level.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
- Experienced in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR SOPs and policies.
- Strong understanding of payroll calculation, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee database management.
- Able to handle employee relations (IR) matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
- Able to manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both spoken and written (minimum HSK 4).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS or other HR management systems.
- Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with Chinese management and local employees.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple HR priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and administration.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of end-to-end HR processes in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and continuously improve HR SOPs, policies, and work procedures.
- Monitor and verify monthly payroll, BPJS, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and HR records.
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters, including complaints, disciplinary actions, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
- Provide HR support and consultation to employees and management regarding company policies and employment regulations.
- Coordinate with Chinese management and assist with Mandarin-language communication related to HR matters.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and other HR development activities.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services.
