Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process.
- Partner with business leaders on HR initiatives and people development.
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, and HR administration.
- Prepare HR reports and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HRBP.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Cikarang
