Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can build structure, establish effective people processes, and ensure our HR operations run smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, highly independent, and comfortable building systems and processes in a growing and resource-conscious environment. In addition to HR, you will also oversee key areas across Legal, General Affairs, and IT Governance.
What You’ll Do
Human Resources — 45%
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, and employee administration.
- Develop and implement performance management and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations, coaching, and industrial relations matters.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Legal & Compliance — 25%
- Draft and review employment, vendor, and commercial contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Manage Company Regulations (PP/PKB) and coordinate with Disnaker.
- Maintain corporate legality, licensing, and permits, including OSS/NIB and corporate deeds.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required, including litigation support.
General Affairs — 20%
- Oversee office facilities, company assets, vehicles, and security.
- Manage and evaluate GA vendors, including cleaning, security, and office-related services.
- Implement workplace health & safety (K3) programs and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage GA budgets and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
IT Governance — 10%
- Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal.
- Manage system access rights for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with internal/external IT teams and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and acceptable-use policies.
Note: This role does not require hands-on technical or engineering expertise. IT technical matters will be handled by the relevant internal/external IT team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience in employment law, employment contracts, Company Regulations/PKB, and industrial relations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian employment regulations, including Law No. 13/2003 and Job Creation Law regulations.
- Able to independently manage payroll, BPJS, and PPh 21.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with high autonomy in a fast-paced and resource-constrained environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- HR certification such as CHRP, CHRM, or BNSP.
- Experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience managing HRIS and/or IT vendors.
- Working proficiency in English, particularly for business documentation.
