Job description for Human Resource Manager at PT Mentari Mulia Berjangka
- Manage the recruitment process, all phase such as sourcing talent, profiling, testing, interviewing, matching, and offering.
- Create full, strategic plans for hiring and keeping people to support the strategic goals of human capital needs.
- Develop and maintaining company culture
- Assess training needs to apply and develop training programs in view of enhancing staff performance.
- Conduct and monitor performance appraisal evaluation and performance based on KPI structure that drive high performance.
- Support current and future needs through development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Coordinate and work closely with other division to fulfil their needs regarding recruitment and training.
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to Management and provide idea for upcoming plan
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related field is preferable.
- Proven working experience as Human Resource Manager min 5 years.
- In depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- People oriented and result driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent good leadership and people management skills.
- A positive mental attitude is a must.
- Active communication in English is a must, able to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus point.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all level of the company.
