Human Resource Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

📢 WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

📍 Location: Mining Site, Morowali, Indonesia

We are looking for an experienced HRGA Manager with strong expertise in industrial relations, Indonesian labor law, and HR management in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations, industrial disputes, and labor law compliance.
• Bridge communication between Chinese expatriates and local employees.
• Oversee site roster, employee logistics, and TKA permits (RPTKA/KITAS).
• Lead recruitment for technical mining positions and monitor mandatory certifications.
• Supervise HRIS data accuracy and coordinate with the payroll team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, HR Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR/HRGA experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the mining industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, and TKA regulations.
• Familiar with HRIS and mining safety management (SMKP).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willing to travel regularly or be stationed at the mining site.
