Pulang ke Uttara is looking for a proactive and creative HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee administration.
Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment process (screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Support employee administration and documentation
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology / Management / related field
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Available for internship period (min. 6 months)
