Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible identifying, attracting, and hiring the right candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company's culture and values.
Job Description
- Recruitment: Job posting, candidate screening, administering the recruitment process, and conducting background checks.
- Branding: Designing engagement posts for LinkedIn and Instagram @careeratintan
- Onboarding: Assisting with the new employee orientation process (legal documentation, attendance registration, and company rules & regulations).
- Database Administration: Updating and managing the employee database, attendance database, and recruitment master tracker.
- Payroll Administration: Extracting attendance data and preparing attendance recaps.
- General Administration: Managing disciplinary documentation, BPJS registration, and preparing employment certificates (Paklaring).
Projects You Will Be Involved In
Contribute to the improvement and maturity of the Recruitment Process by refining the psychological test, practical test, technical test, and recruitment gap analysis.
Assist in the Performance Management process.
Support Employer Branding initiatives, including content creation and engagement activities to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
