HR Fulltime
PT. Sora Kreatif Indonesia is looking for a full-time employee for the position of Human Resources. We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in HR who possess a high level of initiative and strong knowledge of human resources.
Responsibilities
- Calculating monthly salaries.
- Drafting employment contracts for employees or other parties.
- Record all data regarding HR such as absence, leave, overtime, etc.
- Designing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) effectively.
- Manage all recruitment process.
- Provide assistance in conducting training for our clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR
- Detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of human resources & training
- Understanding of labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta
