Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Merancang dan mengimplementasikan strategi HRD selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan
Mengembangkan program pelatihan, coaching, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan
Menyusun dan mengelola sistem evaluasi kinerja (KPI/OKR) secara berkala
Memantau dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap hukum ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
Membangun budaya perusahaan yang positif melalui program employee engagement
Menjadi mitra strategis bagi manajer lini dalam pengelolaan SDM di setiap divisi
