Job Description:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (CV screening, scheduling interviews, conducting HR interviews, administering psychological tests, and facilitating user interviews).
- Process and manage employee data.
- Prepare and maintain employee documents, including employment contracts, agreements, and other forms.
- Handle the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
- Provide administrative support related to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Manage and maintain the performance management system, including scheduling performance reviews and handling related documentation.
- Handling employee engagement event for employee
- Handling end to end payroll process
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Strong understanding of the employee recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee data and documents.
- Willing to work in Pademangan, North Jakarta
